**Returns & Cancellations Policy** We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery for most items. For our EU customers, this includes your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached and in their original packaging. Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received is faulty or incorrect. Once your return is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
